Medico-social portrait of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with drug resistance of MBT

Tuberculosis in the Russian Federation is an urgent problem and is a priority, since the Russian Federation belongs to countries with a high level of morbidity. However, the problem is related not only to the incidence, but also to the drug resistance of the causative agent of tuberculosis, limiting the effectiveness of antibacterial therapy. Given the high prevalence and pronounced social significance, the study of this problem is extremely important, especially its medical and social aspects. This article reflects the medical and social characteristics of patients with tuberculosis of the respiratory system, treated in antitubercular hospital. It allows you to create a portrait of the "classic" patient and become the basis for the primary care physicians, in order to timely identify, diagnose and further treatment.
