The work is devoted to one of the most acute problems of anaesthesiology and reanimatology concerning the relationship of the ventilation mechanics in case of congenital heart disease (CHD) and pulmonary hemodynamics. Obtained as a result of investigation are data of the correlative and regressive relationship between ventilation mechanics and pulmonary hemodynamics which can with a high degree of reliability testify not only to a level of pulmonary hemodynamics, intracardiac shunt, but also to a quality of the performed treatment. It is considered advisable to practice the monitoring of readings ventilation mechanics at the early post-operative period in order to estimate the hemodynamics of pulmonary circulation among the patients with intra-cardiac shunting.
