The mechanism of the formation of public councils under government bodies in the regions of Russia: comparative legal research

The article considers the results of research aimed at the analysis of the regulatory framework, providing mechanisms of formation of public councils under the executive power in the regions of Russian Federation. In the context of the comparative study the author reveals the best practices considering the opinion of citizens and the regional Public Chambers on creating public councils. In the article the author compares models of the formation of public councils by several criteria, enshrined in the regulatory framework of regions.
