The mechanism of formation of management system of social protection at the regional level

The article deals with the levels of implementation of management of social protection system, as well as the mechanism offormation of management of social protection system at the regional level. There is an underestimation of the importance of management of the social protection system due to the weak development of many organizational, financial, legal mechanisms, both at the legislative level and at the level of the Executive. In the course of sociological research at the regional level, identified a number of problem areas that contribute to the lack of effective management of the social protection system. The ways of improving the management of the system of social protection of the population at the regional level are revealed.
