The mechanism of formation of personnel involvement in providing the quality of medical services

The article analyzes the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists related to motivation, incentives and motives for work, satisfaction ofneeds, staff involvement and quality management. The problems of personnel involvement quality management are revealed. To solve them, a mechanism has been developed to form the involvement ofpersonnel in ensuring the quality of medical services. To implement the presented tool, the ball developed a "plan for the formation and implementation of the provided mechanism in the quality management system."
