Mechanism for effective financial management of public institutions

One of the indicators of effective management in public institutions is the availability of a high-quality regulatory framework that provides effective legal regulation for the implementation of the functions and powers of public institutions. The basis of the state institution's activity is compliance with the norms and requirements stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The article considers the basic (mandatory) documents regulating the financial and economic activities of state institutions. The purpose of the article is to determine the legal framework that allows effective and lawful implementation of financial policy in public institutions.
