Mechanism of creation territories zoning system in compliance with local real estate markets development

The authors consider approaches to evaluating social and economic development of territories in comparison to a level of local real estate markets development (on an example of municipal areas and city districts of Perm Krai). On the basis of the analysis the technique of territories zoning is offered, which universality allows to use it by state authorities and specialists of real estate market. Besides, this technique can be applicable in other regions of the Russian Federation.
