Mechanism of legal regulation: structure and criteria of effectiveness

Introduction: The mechanism of legal regulation is one of the key concepts of the theory of law. However, despite the obviousness of the very wording of the term, there is no single approach to its structure and content and, accordingly, there is no universal recipe for assessing the effectiveness of this mechanism. The analysis of basic concepts, delineation of its structural elements and stages with a focus on the identification of effectiveness allows us to penetrate more deeply into the essence of phenomena and processes that play an essential role in modern legal realities.
