Mechanism of conducting of social and political modernization in the regions of the country on the background of the Russian level of development (on the example of Republic of Komi)

This article discusses general trends and tendencies of modernization processes in contemporary Russia. The author suggests a possible mechanism for social and political modernization in the Russian regions through the development of regional intelligence centers. Also in the dynamics of the expectations of Russians on the development of major problem areas of socio-political system.
