Mechanism for investigating crime in the structure of forensic methodology

Introduction: the article considers some fundamental aspects of such scientific and forensic categories as the mechanism of crime investigation and criminalistic methodology. At the same time, the mechanism is presented in relation to criminalistic methodology both as a section of criminalistics and as a private criminalistic methodology of investigation of a particular type of crime. Preparation and writing of the article is conditioned by the differences in understanding of the category of investigation mechanism, often found in scientific publications and editions.
