Development mechanism of the socio-economic system in the conditions of global transformation

The article proposes the author’s approach to determining the content of the mechanism of development of the socio-economic system. At the same time, the author, considering the current stage of globalization in the context of global transformation, pays significant attention to ensuring the sustainability of the socio-economic system in adverse environmental conditions. On the basis of the study, a scheme of the mechanism for the development of the socio-economic system in the context of global transformation is proposed, tools for the development of the system and their corresponding institutional elements are identified. In conclusion, the author’s approach to determining the directions for adapting the tools for the development of the socio-economic system to the boards of global transformation, as well as the indicators and criteria corresponding to them, is presented. The author comes to the conclusion about the need to form an adequate strategic behavior of the socio-economic system and the need to use a scenario approach to determine the likely trajectories of its development, taking into account the multidirectional manifestations of global transformation.
