Mechanism for the implementation of anti-corruption control in the regions of the Russian Federation

In this article, the author analyzed the problem of diverging understanding of the term «anti-corruption control». The increased interest on the part of scientists is caused by the inevitable influence of corruption on the system of economic relations. These relations are connected with the state and with ordinary market participants. In conditions of monopolization and oligopolization of the economy at the local level (within the municipality) or within the whole region, the identification of corruption facts is necessary to prevent property losses and social tension. Inaction in regional anti-corruption control can affect the economic status of socially significant areas (health, education, housing and communal services), as well as the political and economic situation of the entire region.
