The article deals with the features of organizational and economic interaction between the state and business in the defense industry. Using the results of research, the mechanism of implementation of public-private partnership at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex in the creation of joint ventures for the production of new models of weapons and military equipment, which is based on a set of organizational structures and specific forms, tools, tools and methods of management, through which the public-private partnership in the military-industrial complex.
