Mechanism of body weight reducing in insulin-resistent animals under drug «Dia-» influence

Experimental data about studying influence «Dia-β» on carbohydrate and fatty exchanges at animals in conditions of pathology are presented at monotherapy by a preparation and to combinations with exercise stresses. It is taped, that at course application of a preparation «Dia-β» the absorption of glucose and an oleic acid in an intestine of rats decreases; recycling of a glucose by peripheric tissues at animals with an experimental syndrome of insulin-resistance improves. Application «Dia-β» in a complex with training exercise stresses promotes depression of mass of a body and need for carbohydrates with high an index of glucose
