The article examines the influence of the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel on the personnel security of the organization. The system of personnel security of the organization is disclosed, with a detailed allocation of its components, namely: the formation, maintenance and development of the personnel potential of the organization, high-quality information support of intra-organizational processes. The role of dissatisfaction with the work of the organization's employees on the transformation of personnel risks into personnel threats is determined. The mechanism of labor motivation management is proposed as a key element of personnel management and ensuring personnel security of the enterprise.
