Innovation management mechanism of high-tech enterprises

The article discusses the need to manage knowledge based innovation research-intensive enterprises and the development of the mechanism of their management as a complex of methods and models of managing business processes. It shows the basic stages of implementation of the proposed management mechanism of knowledge innovation. The paper pays special attention to knowledge innovation as an intangible component of the management of intangible components and information security as information security business processes on the example of scientific-production concern.
