The article deals with topical issues of contemporary victimology regarding mechanism of victim action and system of its determination. The correlation between the victim action and criminal behavior is shown. Besides, the author discusses the main elements of psychological structure of human behavior and describes the principle approaches explaining determination of crime execution.
