Mechanism of interaction between legislative and executive authorities in the Russian Federation

The article examines the interaction between the legislative and executive authorities in the Russian Federation, which is a type of separation of powers system: executive, legislative and judicial. The executive branch is independent and has inherent and predetermined responsibilities, and the legislative branch has no right to interfere in them. The effectiveness of the principle of separation of powers depends on the ability of State bodies to control and limit each other.
