The article investigates the key mechanisms of adaptation of Russian industrial companies to international market restrictions in the conditions of sanctions pressure. Strategies of financial, technological, logistical and market adaptation are analyzed, including transition to alternative currencies, import substitution, development of new transport corridors and diversification of export directions. Particular attention is paid to the problems of implementing adaptation measures, such as high costs, staff shortages and dependence on a limited number of partners. The conclusion substantiates the need for a comprehensive approach to adaptation, combining operational anti-crisis measures with long-term investments in technological development.
