Mechanisms for domestic policy formation in the context of dialectics of political leadership

Today, the Russian Federation is in a difficult geopolitical situation, which generates acute challenges. It is necessary to ensure timely development in specific areas, as well as a certain consolidation of society, which requires special attention to the relevant mechanisms for Russia's internal policy. The aim of the article is to analyze the mechanisms of formation of domestic policy that ensure a balance between the retention of power by the political leader and the implementation of public interests. To achieve this goal, the authors chose the dialectical method of analysis as one of the forms of creative thinking, namely the process of resolving contradictions, in this case between the essential characteristics of power and the demands of society. According to a retrospective analysis, the authors reveal that the welfare of population and political stability will depend on the implementation of certain areas of internal policy.
