Mechanisms of social mobility operation in university educational space

The article deals with a problem of social mobility in life of modern Russian youth, which is caused by realities of global social and economic changes in the Russian society. The concepts of “means of social mobility” and “educational space” are defined. The authors describe in detail the mechanisms of social mobility, functioning in the educational space, namely: information support, monitoring of students，professional growth dynamics, self-organization of learning activities by students.
