Mechanisms and instruments of realization of federal and regional innovation policies

Аnnotation: Russia is still lagging behind developed countries in terms of innovation, although lately the country has managed to build a system of their support. Meanwhile, it is innovations that should become the main reserve for the development of the Russian economy for the near future. The article provides 5 main areas for further action that will contribute to the development of the innovation environment in Russia.
