Innovative mechanism is a complex system that includes the following structural elements: entrepreneurs, enterprises, regions, economies; the factors of production which can become entrepreneural innovations and are the objects of innovative mechanism. The elements of this system are interrelated, subject to strict market and competition laws, and, in addition, are under constant influence and interact with the factors and conditions of internal and external business environment. Developing strategic management decisions ensuring entrepreneural structures innovative growing in current conditions is a necessary condition to ensure success and efficiency of a firm, in our opinion.
