In modern conditions, the attention of researchers is drawn to the topical issue, i.e., the sustainable development of the economy. The concept of sustainable development also considers the problems of cyclical - genetic dynamic. It focuses on the fact that in modern society all phenomena are interconnected. They become cramped under the influence of the fourth industrial revolution. On this basis, the mechanisms of sustainable development are being improved. All this leads to the improvement of the mechanisms of oscillatory movements in the economy. At the same time, there is a need to create mechanisms to ensure sustainable innovative development of the economy, contributing to the transition to a new growth model.
