Compensation mechanisms for participants in shared-equity construction in case of bankruptcy of developers

The problem of bankruptcy of a developer currently has a special theoretical and practical significance. The scientific community is increasingly concerned with the protection of the rights of construction participants. In this study, special attention will be paid to compensation mechanisms for participants in shared-equity construction when recognizing the insolvency of developers.
