In the modern world, stressful situations have become an integral part of every person's life. Stress not only temporarily worsens the emotional state, but can also cause various diseases. Under conditions of chronic stress, the risk of developing mental disorders increases, which is confirmed by numerous studies. Stress has a significant impact not only on mental health, but also on the physical condition of a person, provoking the development of psychosomatic diseases. Modern psychosomatics is based on a confirmed and experimentally proven factor, according to which emotions can affect a person's somatic state. The relevance of this topic lies in the need for a deep understanding of the mechanisms of stress on the psyche, as well as in the development of effective methods for the prevention and correction of stressful conditions.
