Mechanisms of maintenance of economic stability of macroregions of Russia and exit to steady growth

The work purpose - identification of opportunities of maintenance of economic stability and an exit to a trajectory of steady growth of macroregions of Russia in the conditions of sanctions. In article need of identification of internal sources of preservation of stability and economic growth of macroregions of Russia on the basis of policy of import substitution and innovations is proved. It is accented that the existing differentiation of the Russian territories creates different conditions of their adaptation to external calls that results of the analysis of their comparative innovative opportunities confirm. It is shown that potential innovative advantages of the Southern Federal District are defined by the powerful agro-industrial and recreational potential which can be most effectively realized in the interregional clusters allowing to overcome isolation of the periphery from modernization processes in the center.
