Mechanisms of state policy implementation in the digital economy of Russian Federation

The present article examines the state policy implementation in the digital economy of Russian Federation. The aim of the study is to identify its mechanisms, analyze their effectiveness, and establish gaps and problems in this process. It is noted that the state policy in the field of the digital economy is implemented primarily through federal projects that are aimed at developing electronic infrastructure, creating a legal and regulatory framework for the digital environment, and training personnel capable of working in it. Analyzing the effectiveness of existing mechanisms shows that there is a need to improve the legal framework of the digital environment, increase the availability of high-quality distance education, and promote the development of online entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it is found that there is a need to increase investment in the digital economy in order to ensure its sustainable development. In conclusion, the implementation of Russia's state policy in the field of digital economy requires a number of transformations to ensure the perspective of its development.
