Mechanisms for realizing the socio-economic potential of BRICS countries

In the context of global economic, political, and social contradictions, the importance of cooperation among new international alliances such as BRICS is increasing. The article examines the role of funds in developing human potential, expanding scientific and educational initiatives, and promoting the sustainable development agenda. It is argued that cooperation between social and investment funds can become an effective mechanism for shaping a multipolar world "from the bottom up," amid the declining effectiveness of traditional international institutions. Examples of successful initiatives implemented within the BRICS and BRICS+ countries are provided.
