Mechanisms for managing conflicts of interest in a corporation

The relevance of the research is that domestic and foreign scientists have already made repeated attempts to determine the mechanisms of conflict management, systematize their common and distinctive features, and conduct typologization and further classification of conflicts of interest. However, to date, such studies are not enough in relation to the Russian Federation. The article reveals the essence of corporate governance, identifies the main elements and types of conflicts of interest, taking into account the Russian specifics and foreign experience. The main causes of conflicts of interest are considered and suggestions are made for the development of mechanisms for managing conflicts of interest.
