Mechanisms for technological potential management at mechanic engineering enterprises

The article is devoted to the search of structural and dynamic resources for mechanic engineering enterprises complex development. It appears that increase in innovative and technological potential in mechanic engineering is the basic factor for provision of high quality product and its competitive ability. Its development presupposes a precise conception of management mechanisms including those by functional feature from the point of view of the system approach on the different levels of the enterprise management.
