Mechanisms of protection of the rights of minors in Russian regions

In the article is examined the specific, the forms and the levels of the mechanism of the protection of the rights of minor as the special category of citizens. The author touches on the problems, which hamper the effectiveness of the action of the lawful protection of the rights of child. On the basis of the legislatively appointed targets of state policy in the interests of children, the author investigates the authorities of the organs of the power of the state of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the realization of the guarantees of the rights of child.
