Memorial museum-apartment in a context of a changing political paradigm

The article reviews the key problem of the existence of memorial museum-apartments in a changing political paradigm, gives a classification of museum-apartments. The determining condition for the emergence of a memorial museum-apartment is a favorable ideological conditions of the person’s perception and its memory, which stores in society and/or in authorities. In case of ideological changes, memorial museum-apartments stop their existence as a social order and lose the support of the authorities, without which their future existence is quite difficult. But even in such conditions, memorial museum-apartments keep the opportunities to actualize their exposition by changing its semantic accents and expanding the types of cultural and educational activity.
