Development of natural science in the second half of the XX century was marked by profound changes. They have a qualitative impact on previously formed ideas about the laws of nature, fundamental Sciences and the further development of mankind. This leads to a revision and clarification of the fundamental foundations of physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, and Economics. The probabilistic approach to actualization and potentiality of observed phenomena and States in dynamic processes assumes linearity of evolution, even if the initial dynamics of a complex system is nonlinear. This is a well-known advantage in studying the observed and States of a dynamical system. The method of linearization of transcendental functions that assumes the functionality of digital processing for calculations in the selected time scale of the evolution of observed quantities and States of a mathematical object has these advantages. Some decades separate us from the historical end of the Marx era. The operation of the law of surplus value appears in the form of a qualitative approximation to the smart economy (Smart Economic).
