Actions for prevention of oil spills on oil pipelines

Transportation of oil and oil products on pipelines is accompanied by occurrence of the emergencies connected with ruptures of pipelines and spills of oil and oil products, conducting to serious ecological consequences - long pollution of soil and water reservoirs. The author offers some recommendations about prevention the emergencies on pipeline transport in Nizhnevartovsk region. For ensuring the normal operation of the pipeline requires the whole complex of scientific-technical and firmware, and also authentic forecasts of accidents and refusals which would allow to reduce the minimum damage caused to the nature.
