The scientific approach to the organization of labor at workplaces is described and its necessity is emphasized in conditions of highly developed production equipped with sophisticated equipment. It was noted that a rationally organized workplace provides favorable working conditions, the correct construction of the labor process, eliminates unnecessary and uncomfortable movements, reduces time spent, improves the use of equipment and saves it longer, improves the quality of work.
