Purpose: Consideration of legal consequences of death of founders of a joint stock company. Methodology: The legallistic method and a method of the included observation was used. Results: In article questions of legal consequences of death of founders of a joint stock company are considered, results of the analysis of domestic law-enforcement practice concerning an operations procedure after the death of one of founders of a nonpublic joint stock company are given, distinctions between consequences of death of the founder of a joint stock company and Ltd company are designated, and also the concrete order of vypolneniye of corporate actions in a similar case with a support is specified urgent court practice.
