Measures of state support as a factor affecting the financial stability of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia

This article is devoted to the study of measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, as an external factor affecting the financial stability of enterprises. The existing measures are analyzed, the main problems are revealed and the characteristic of actions and tools of support of subjects of small and medium business is given. The authors also compared the indicators of favorable business conditions in Russia and in some countries with developed economies.
