Measures of state support for the development of the youth labor market

The article considers the issues of state regulation of the youth labor market at the regional level. The essence of the youth labor market is defined, and state programs are considered as tools for implementing the state policy for the development of the youth labor market. It is established that in modern conditions of development of the regional economy, the problem of employment of graduates remains one of the most urgent. Despite the state support measures being implemented for the development of the youth labor market, graduates of higher education institutions continue to face problems when finding employment in their specialty, which indicates an insufficient level of effectiveness of state measures.
