Measures to minimize external threats to Russia’s financial and economic security

The article discusses the main approaches to preventing sharply negative financial and economic consequences for Russia due to changes in the geopolitical and economic situation in the world. A special place is given to the most promising and effective measures, such as import substitution and the development of multipolar, independent financial and economic international relations with individual foreign states. Based on the results of consideration of the topic, innovative recommendations were developed aimed at improving the financial and economic security of Russia.
