Measures to support small and medium-sized businesses in lending during the pandemic

In this article, using the example of the Russian experience, the key aspects of state support programs for representatives of the small and medium-sized business sector in the field of bank lending are systematized and highlighted. Their approval and application is due to the unstable financial situation of small and medium-sized businesses, which is associated with the implementation of restrictive measures during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, and the need to support entrepreneurship with the most effective tools.
