Local air defence of Stalingrad in the 1941–1942s: source analysis of the order # 140 of the city defense committee

The article deals with the analysis of the Order # 140 from the 19th of December 1941 as the historical source for studying the system of local air defence of Stalingrad. On the basis of the archive documents the organizational problems of providing the population with the protective constructions, the reasons of non-fulfillment of solutions of local authorities and the responsible persons are considered.
