Local broadcasting and retransmission in the regions of the European part of Russia

The course to fully cover the territories with radio and television signals was taken during analogue broadcasting in these regions. Several powerful transponders were opened in each of the regions. It was mainly in the geographic center of the region. The Moscow program, which served as the basis for embedding local regional programs into it, performed a special role for a long time. It is interesting to know that in many large Russian regions there was no local television until the 1990s, but only regional radio worked. The private broadcasting received a big impulse too.
