Local elections in 2015 in the context of the municipal reform (case study of the Krasnodar territory materials)

The paper considers the impact of the local elections of 2015 in the Krasnodar Territory on the political transformation of the municipal reform. On the basis of neoinstitutionalism of rational choice the author defines political effects of the electoral legislation reform. The article discusses dispositions and programs of the participants of the local electoral processes in the Krasnodar Territory, the agenda of electoral competition.
