The place and role of axiological orientations of the individual in the system of professionally important qualities of the national guard military officers

This article discusses the features of the military professional activities of the National Guard military officers, reveals its prosocial and deontological nature. It also provides a general description of professionally important qualities of the National Guard military officers. Moreover, the article justifies the central place of axiological orientations' system of the individual in the structure of the professionally important qualities of the National Guard military officers, characterizes its worldview, identification and adaptive functions in detail. The article identifies and describes specific terminal and instrumental values that meet the objectives of the National Guard military officers' activities and reasons the priority significance of the formation of the individual axiological orientations' professional system in the process of training cadets of National Guard colleges.
