The role of human capital in solving the problems of population

The article deals with the specific features of shaping the human capital in Russia in relation to the social and economic situation in the country, which brings about the current problems of the population. The author considers changes in the economic views of people over the period of market reforms. He singles out a number of psychological characteristics of a personality, which predetermine its successful adaptation to the market conditions and positive input into the national human capital.
