The place and role of legal responsibility in the legal system of the Russian Federation

In the article, the author conducts a comprehensive study of the problem of legal responsibility; examines the relationship of legal responsibility with such legal categories as social responsibility and a measure of state coercion; reveals the essence of legal responsibility through the analysis of signs and principles.
