The place of general intent in classifications of civil presumptions

The article analyses classifications of presumptions, existing in civil law, and determines the place of general intent in them. The issue of possible existence of absolute presumptions in law is regarded and some aspects of the problem of existence of indirect presumptions in law are considered. We give a generalized characteristic of general intent with regard to its place in different classifications of civil presumptions.
