Metabolic activity and water balance of lung in modeling of autoimmune pathology in rats

Бесплатный доступ

The metabolic activity and water balance of lung in experimental antiphospholipid syndrome and autoimmune encephalomyelitis in rats were explored. Simultaneously, the activated partial thromboplastin time in venous («before lung») and arterial («after lung») blood was estimated. It is shown, that in both cases the amount of alveolar phospholipids decreased leading to decline of lung surface active properties, on the background of pulmonary tissue hyperhydratation. Hypocoagulation potential of lung endothelium was decreased.
