Is established, that at the patients by paranoid with тhеrapeutic resistant despite of spent treatment the precisely expressed shifts of metabolic parameters, peroxidation of lipids shown by an oppression enzymes of system antioxidant protection on a background of activization of processes peroxidation are kept. The integrated index F rather evidently reflects, that in group of the patients by paranoid with тhеrapeutic resistant all period of supervision the significant frustration metabolic homeostasis and decrease antioxidation potention of blood take place, that requires realization appropriate theraputic of measures.
